Refunds & Cancellation

The free plan

Generating and hosting a free site costs nothing and never involves a charge, so there is nothing to refund.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. You keep paid features until then, and your site stays live on the free plan afterwards. Nothing is deleted.

Refunds

• First charge: if Darpan isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally not refunded for partial months, but if something went wrong on our side (a broken site, a billing error, a duplicate charge) we make it right.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full, always.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days, processed by Razorpay (India) or Dodo Payments (elsewhere).

Shipping

Darpan is a digital service. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping policy applies.
